Lee has over 20 years experience in the automotive industry including roles as
General Sales Manager, F&I Management and acting Dealer Principal for some of South Australia most
successful dealerships.

Originally with a background in finance and mortgage broking Lee quickly rose through the ranks from Fleet
Sales to General Management and has developed a passion and love of the auto industry.

With so  much experience and success Lee thought he would give something back to the industry and
established L.M.Z. Automotive Training which specialises in the sales process, F&I and customer satisfaction.

Being a qualified trainer (Cert 1V Training & Assessment) Lee has a humorous, relaxed, no fuss approach to
his training and involves all in the process.

His goal is to become Australia’s leading specialist automotive trainer.
